By using EmeLearn, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes.

Acceptable use

Use EmeLearn for lawful educational and collaborative purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, abuse features, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Groups and chat

Group and chat features are shared spaces. Treat other learners respectfully. Do not use them for harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam, impersonation, cheating services, or other abusive behavior. Share only material you are allowed to use.

Cheating, abuse, and enforcement

Do not manipulate quizzes, activities, scores, rankings, or group results, or help others evade reasonable safeguards. EmeLearn may limit, suspend, or delete accounts and content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the integrity of learning activities.

Educational use

EmeLearn is an educational tool. It does not replace qualified instruction, professional advice, or independent review. Check important answers and decisions against appropriate sources.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service develops.

Content and intellectual property

You keep rights you already have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for EmeLearn to provide the relevant feature. EmeLearn and its service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy, misuse, or redistribute service materials except as allowed by law or permission.

Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EmeLearn is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
