Request data deletion

You can request deletion of your EmeLearn account and associated personal data.

Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to EmeLearn.
2. Open Profile & Settings.
3. Open Privacy Center.
4. Choose the account-deletion option and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

1. Email bruhhdesu@gmail.com from the email address associated with your EmeLearn account, if available.
2. Use the subject “EmeLearn account deletion request”.
3. State the EmeLearn sign-in method you used. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.
4. Support may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What the request covers

The request is for deletion of the EmeLearn account and associated personal data handled for the service. Some information may be retained where legally or operationally required, or where it is part of content that must be handled separately from the account request.
