This policy explains, in plain language, what information EmeLearn may handle to provide its learning features.

Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, EmeLearn may process account information such as your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers. Quiz, activity, study-group, leaderboard, and account-related data may be stored as needed to provide app functionality.

Sign-in and Firebase services

EmeLearn supports Google Sign-In and email/password sign-in. If you use Google Sign-In, EmeLearn does not receive or store your Google password. Firebase Authentication is used to establish and manage your EmeLearn account.

EmeLearn may use Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and App Check. These services help provide sign-in, data storage, server-side features, and protection against some unauthorized requests.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide quizzes, activities, Daily Quiz, study groups, collaborative learning, group quizzes, leaderboards, account security, and related support. We do not describe information practices here beyond what is needed to operate the features identified in this policy.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your EmeLearn account and associated personal data through the app where available or by contacting bruhhdesu@gmail.com. Some data may need to be retained where legally or operationally required. See the Data Deletion page for request steps.
